The quality is decent and it does the job, but for the price I expected a bit more. It’s not bad, actually, I wouldn’t say I regret buying it—but it just doesn’t feel like the best value.

The delivery turned up okay, but it wasn’t quite as quick as I was expecting. Something felt a bit off with the tracking too, since the updates seemed to come through late and I was left guessing when it would actually arrive.
To be fair, the package got here in one piece and the delivery date wasn’t way off. I’d say they’re reliable enough, but clearer tracking updates would make the whole thing feel a lot smoother

The pole itself seems solid and all the parts were included, so no issues there. I was a bit rushed trying to get it set up, and it ended up being more fiddly than I expected. The instructions were okay, but a few parts weren’t very clear, so I had to go back over some steps and watch a video to make sure I was doing it right. I got there in the end, but it definitely took more time than I’d planned. Not a bad product, just wish the setup was a little smoother

I’m probably a bit impatient when it comes to customer support, but it really felt like it took forever to get a reply. I was left waiting much longer than I expected, which was frustrating...

Once I got the pole up, it actually felt sturdy. The instructions were clear enough, and I appreciated that they included the safety reminders instead of just assuming you know what you’re doing. I’ve only used it for basic spins so far, nothing wild, usually in the evening after moving my coffee table out of the way, and it hasn’t slipped on me.
That said, I still don’t fully relax with it unless I re-tighten everything and check the ceiling dome often. The dome has left a bit of marking too, which makes me nervous even though it hasn’t caused a major issue. Overall it’s decent and does the job, but it’s not something I’d just set up once and forget about.

I thought this pole was going to be decent when I first got it. It looked okay and I was like, alright, this might work. Then it broke way sooner than expected, and yeah, that changed my mood fast. Disappointing.
